When it comes to sushi bars, it's hard to pick out the special ones in Santiago. But Bushido Lounge shines out with one simple formula: high quality sushi, reasonable prices and a whole lot of electronic music.

Bushido turns into a lounge on certain nights of the week as DJs play electronic music. The lounge decor is modern and minimalist, with natural wood and white-leather furniture accenting a wide, comfortable space that seats 30 to 40 customers. In the heat of summer, the sidewalk terrace surrounded by natural plants also offers refreshing air for patrons during the day.
You can try the classic Calfornia, Ebi or Sake rolls, or explore the appetizers, Bushido's signature dishes. The Geisha Mix Appetizer, for one, has 500 grams of Ecuadorian shrimp along with various sauces (CP$8,000, US$12.50).
Bushido offers half-off discounts without cutting its quality. In every roll, you'll immediately taste the freshness of the ingredients, particularly in the fish and seafood. Try any of them--the salmon fish and crème cheese rolls taste spectacular.
Bushido's two locations, one in Las Condes and the other recently inaugurated in Providencia, are open seven nights a week. Call for information on hours and DJ events.
